We are very pleased to announce that Deni Hoxha has been promoted to the position of Manager of ‘The Analysis Solution’ at Plus Four.
This reflects the increased responsibility that Deni has seamlessly taken on following the sudden death of Barry Jetten, Director of the division, in January 2021. Barry had led the division for over 30 years and had mentored Deni since he was taken on as an apprentice nearly 10 years ago.
Plus Four has long been an advocate of Apprentice Schemes / taking on young people who show promise and provide an environment that successfully combines gaining ‘real life’ experience in the role and working alongside experienced colleagues with education and training. During his apprenticeship,
Deni attended college and gained a Diploma in Software Development.
Since then he has progressed through the ranks, becoming an expert in the high-powered software used by the department to capture and analyse research – such as QPS, SPSS, Excel, ASCII and Triple-S and more.
With 24-hour turnarounds and attention to producing high quality, accurate data, ‘The Analysis Solution’ is always a busy place to be, and even more so in the past year when there has been a significant increase in the demand for the set-up and hosting of online surveys, tracking surveys, data processing and analysis and stylised reporting. This promotion recognises Deni’s hard work and dedication to the company and our clients over the years and even more so during this exceptionally busy time.
Commenting on the appointment, Managing Director Peter Allan said:
“Deni’s advancement is a great example of an Apprenticeship success story. During his time at Plus Four, Deni has built his skills and knowledge to a very high degree. He goes above and beyond to assist both our clients and colleagues, and the emails I receive on a regular basis from clients expressing their gratitude bear testimony to that. For the past 50 years ‘The Analysis Solution’ at Plus Four has built a reputation for high-quality work, and I have no doubt that with Deni as Manager that will continue”.
